Library and record detail
Where everything you have added collects. Finding and fixing a source, what a record's detail page can do, and the difference between archiving and deleting for good.
The list of sources
The library is a card per source. Each card shows its type, its tags, how many records hang off it, and up to four of those records.
Every record row carries its round count so far and its next due date, which is where you see what is moving and what has stalled.
The search field at the top filters by name, and if you use tags, you can filter by those too.
Fixing a source
The edit icon on a card changes its name and type. Picking the wrong type when you added it is not permanent.
The same place archives the source. It takes two presses, so it cannot happen by accident.
What a record's detail page does
Choosing a record's name opens its detail page. It is the screen you repeat from, but it does more than that.
- Edit the title — rewrite the name or scope.
- Adjust the next date — move the plan by hand.
- Focus items — anything split out of this record.
- Memory state — stability, difficulty and lapses.
- Archive — take this record out of the lists.
Archiving and deleting
Archiving takes something out of the lists without throwing it away. Archive a finished book, or a record you will not touch for a while, and both the library and the agenda hold only what you are actually working on.
Archived things live under Archive in the library and can be restored at any time, schedule and history intact.
