CurveMora

GUIDE

Guide

CurveMora takes the books, courses and videos you already use and brings each one back just as it starts to fade. Here is the first five minutes, and the three words that make every screen readable.

Start in five minutes

No account is needed. A local trial starts the moment you open the app, and what you add stays on this device. Signing in carries that content with you across devices.

  1. Open Capture from the navigation.
  2. Under 01 Source, name the book, workbook, lecture, video or skill that started the learning.
  3. Under 02 Learning item, write the part you want to repeat as a name and scope. There is no need to copy the content itself.
  4. Under 03 Metrics, set your confidence, its importance, and the time this session took.
  5. Choose “Save and view next repetition” to see them spread out — today, then 1, 3, 7 days and beyond. Each date can be adjusted here.
  6. Choose “Confirm and save”.

From then on, open Today's agenda on the day it is due and choose Recall on the card. Use the source again, then pick the rating closest to how recall felt before you checked the content, and the next date follows from it.

Three words

Three words carry the whole product. Once their relationship is clear, every screen reads.

WordWhat it means
SourceA book, workbook, lecture, video, skill or another starting point for learning.
RecordOne part of a source that you want to repeat. The first one creates it, and later ones hang beneath it. Counted in records.
RepetitionOne round of recalling that record — the first, the second, and so on. Counted in rounds.

The parts inside a record have their own names. The learning item is the main one, a focus item is a part you want to repeat on its own rhythm, and a child item breaks it down further.
