Your data
The four export formats and what each is for, importing an export back, the one limit on the calendar export, and what is stored and when it goes.
Four exports
The Your data screen exports everything, whenever you like. No request, no waiting.

Import an export
An exported ZIP file can be read back from the same Your data screen with Choose a file to import. Use it to move to another account or to restore from a copy you kept. Importing needs you to be signed in.
An import only adds. It adds the sources, records, repetition history and breaks this account does not have yet, and never changes or removes what is already there. Importing the same file again does not add anything twice.

The calendar export is read-only
An exported ICS is for looking at in another calendar. Completing one of those events there does not record a repetition in CurveMora.
Repetitions have to be recorded here. Treat the exported calendar as a copy.
What is stored
The names of your sources, the names and scopes of your records, each repetition's rating, time and note, and your preferences.
Using AI-assisted capture stores the parsed result for a while. That is what makes sending the same input again within 24 hours reuse the previous draft; after the retention period those results are deleted.
When things go
There are three ways to remove something, and they differ in reach.

Content created without signing in is eligible for removal once it has gone unused for a long time. Sign in if it is worth keeping.
