Terms of service
These terms describe the conditions for using CurveMora.
1. Service
CurveMora is a learning-memory planning service. It schedules Reviews for user-created Sources and Learning Items. It does not provide educational content, professional advice, or a guarantee of learning outcomes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for access to your Google account, passkeys, and devices. Provide accurate account information and promptly remove passkeys you no longer control.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for Source titles, Learning Items, notes, and other content you submit. You grant CurveMora the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service.
4. AI-assisted capture
AI-assisted capture may produce incomplete or incorrect drafts. Review and edit every draft before saving. AI never makes the authoritative decision about Review dates.
5. Acceptable use
Do not infringe rights, submit unlawful content, evade security or usage limits, automate excessive access, probe other accounts, or interfere with the service.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, be suspended, or end. We aim to preserve export access where reasonably possible, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
7. Disclaimer
CurveMora is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Important medical, legal, financial, safety, or educational decisions should be checked with an appropriate qualified person.
8. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
